Who We Are

We have been operating for 12 years. Troy is our pizza chef #BOSSMAN and has been in the hospitality business for 36 years , We are very well known in the SYDNEY Region for our awesome pizzas which have a crust which is truly amazing. Everything is made fresh right in front of you with only the best ingredients.  

 

Our Trailer is one of a kind, being custom made to be eco friendly . We are solar powered so there are no noisy generators or power cords to get in the way. We have created an entire package that will wow all of your guests and have them all talking about your special occasion .We will arrive and set up which only takes 15 min till we have our first pizzas flying out the door . After you and your guests are completely satisfied and cannot manage another bite we will clean up and let you enjoy the rest of your event knowing that it has been a huge success.
